Can I place a custom order?
Yes! We crochet to your chosen color, size, name/tag, and theme. Share your idea (or an inspiration photo) on WhatsApp or live chat, and we’ll confirm the details, price, and timeline together.
Are your products safe for babies?
Most of our toys are made with your children in mind — we’d never send you anything we wouldn’t give our own child. They’re crocheted by hand from soft cotton yarn, and most use safety eyes that lock securely from behind and are very hard to pull out. Even so, as they can contain small parts, we recommend supervised, decorative use around babies and young children.
How long until my order is ready?
Timelines vary with how busy we are; within Türkiye your order is delivered within a week at most. Custom orders are crocheted entirely by hand, so we confirm the exact timeline upfront when you order.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Türkiye and the US first and foremost, and worldwide. Within Türkiye delivery takes up to a week. For international orders we work with ShipEntegra, so your parcel usually arrives within 7–14 days — with no customs duties to pay and no paperwork to deal with. Every order includes secure payment and tracked delivery.
How do I wash the toys?
Some of our pieces can be machine-washed on a short 30°C cycle without fabric softener, but the gentlest option is to hand wash with a mild detergent and dry flat. Reshape and dry without wringing; with the right care they last for years.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Our items are crocheted to order, so exchanges aren’t possible. However, if a product arrives faulty or defective, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery; just write to us and we’ll start the process right away.
